Fished ‘Swift Lake’ on the 19th July with my Son. First time fishing here and not disappointed. Fishing was excellent from the start. My son had bream to 7lb, carp to 8lb and a roach that weighed 2lb 5oz. I also had some nice bream to 6lb, nice roach and some good carp mirrors and commons.
Whole fishery looks to be run to a very high standard. I was impressed with the shower block and food on sale. You will have to go a long long way to find a better run fishery. Nice touch were the barrows available to take gear to swims. I Will be returning very soon to try other lakes, they look as good.
