Old school fisher no pole just a rod. Fished the swift lake had some nice bream, roach, tench and perch got smashed by ? The one that got away!

The toilets, breakfast table, breakfast, bailiffs and cook all very good. Made to feel very welcomed. First time here won’t be the last.

Today my first visit, met Dave and his wife at the food bar, better than some cafes I have visited. After a tea a drive round the site on buggy then pick up gear and on to swim, Swift Lake. This being my first not sure of best swims. Very hard fishing, weather I think, really hot. Anyway other guys very chatty and friendly rest of staff as well. Did see plenty of fish but not feeding. Dave and his team run a great fishery here, lots of work still going on. I will be returning that’s for sure. One very good fishery. Thank you for your help with transport to swim. Brian Astall.

Just a big thank you to Dave Joanne and Phil for an outstanding 48hrs on swift, my brother and I had 39 fish 5 doubles included. Great fishery great food will back very soon thanks again.
